Coordinator responsible for the logistics and organisation of your stay on-site (accommodation, transport).
We are not always able to respond when you contact us (even during phone hours) as we are also attending to patients on-site. That’s why we ask you to send us a text or an email so we can arrange a phone appointment with you.
You can also schedule a video appointment (via Skype or WhatsApp) with one of our coordinators.
We are able to offer you a call or video appointment with one of our doctors – all of them speak English.
During your stay, we will provide you with an emergency number available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. This number is to be used only during your stay.
