IVF with double donation
We turned to IVF due to a desire for a late pregnancy—after 43 in France, there are no longer any options for couples wishing to have children. The clinic that supported us mentioned the Czech Republic, and specifically the SANUS clinic in HRADEC KRÁLOVÉ. We got in touch with the clinic, especially with Anna, and we felt reassured because they truly listen to couples and understand our needs. They thoroughly assess in advance the likelihood of a successful pregnancy. On site, the staff are attentive, very kind, and highly professional!
We absolutely do not regret our choice, and we were fortunate to have a positive pregnancy on our first attempt with IVF using double donation. Our babies were born on 26 December 2024, one year after we began the process with the SANUS clinic. We thank the staff and the gynaecologist who supported us!

IVF with egg donation
Five years of fertility treatments in France, inseminations that resulted in an ectopic pregnancy, numerous IVF cycles and embryo transfers, pregnancies that ended prematurely, and then nothing. I finally decided to turn to egg donation. I had long known about @Les Cigognes de l’espoir and wanted to go to the Czech Republic, but hesitated between several recommended clinics there.
With my partner, we attended an introductory meeting, toured the clinic, and met Anna, our coordinator. We chose Sanus without hesitation. The organisation is excellent, Anna responds very quickly to our questions. The stay is very well organised (we opted for the package with the studio, which is a spacious and comfortable one-bedroom apartment), the clinic is clean and beautiful, the doctor took a real interest in our personal case and explained everything clearly. We obtained good-quality embryos and had a miracle pregnancy on the first try. Our baby was born on 25 October, following a transfer on 30 January. Thanks to everyone, especially Anna!

I would like to share our excellent experience at the Sanus clinic for our fertility journey with double donation. It was the second transfer in February 2024 that worked and allowed us to realise our dream.
We are now parents to a wonderful little girl, Gena, born on 5 October 2024, and we are incredibly happy. IVF with egg donation
After several unsuccessful fertility treatment attempts in France, we were referred to egg donation abroad. Initially, I had long feared having to go through this process, which I had a very negative impression of. We were very well supported by the psychologist at the fertility centre who accompanied us, and a friend who had a child through egg donation recommended the Sanus clinic to us.
Within a few months, we were able to realise our project by changing our perspective and accepting the opportunity to be helped in this way. The process was very quick, and I became pregnant after the first transfer. Today, we are preparing for the arrival of our first child and are very happy.
It is certain that the welcome and support we received from the Sanus clinic teams helped us greatly to feel relaxed and at ease throughout this very special journey.

Ten years ago, after seven years together, we decided to start a family. Unfortunately, it wasn’t easy! After several years of repeated failures in France, our gynaecologist mentioned egg donation and going abroad due to waiting times. After some research and thanks to the Association des Cigognes de l'espoir, we chose the Sanus Clinic.
We had Anna for communication, a lovely person, just like the team once we arrived! So, it began — three months after our first contact, on 11 October 2023, we headed to the Czech Republic. We received exceptional welcome and care, from the moment we got off the plane, through all the arrangements (apartment and hotel bookings for a weekend in Prague), and from the medical team.
It only took one visit to be fortunate enough to have five embryos and a little G arrived in our lives on 10 July 2024, bringing us immense joy. We will never forget that without Anna and the Sanus Clinic team, this would not have been possible. Thanks again to them. M&S.

After initial contact with the clinic in September 2021, we had the embryo transfer in February 2022; everything moved very quickly. The trip to the Czech Republic went wonderfully, and we took the opportunity to visit the beautiful city of Prague. At the clinic, I felt that everyone was there to make us feel comfortable.
After the transfer, we were delighted to discover that I was pregnant—on the very first attempt! Our son is now 18 months old and is an absolute joy.
We want to thank the entire Sanus Clinic team from the bottom of our hearts, as it is thanks to them that we were able to fulfil our dream of building a family.

We have been trying for a baby since January 2020, but my age did not allow for a natural pregnancy.
At the time, I was 45, and after some tests in France, we chose to undergo IVF with double donation in the Czech Republic—partly because I myself am of Slavic origin and the reviews were very positive… financial considerations also played a role.
We contacted several clinics and chose to continue with Sanus because we really appreciated the contact with our coordinators Radka (and Anna) as well as the very professional, kind, and reassuring gynaecologist.
We completed two full IVF protocols and three frozen embryo transfers.
We had two positive tests but early miscarriages, two negative transfers, and finally, the last transfer was our miracle.
For the final transfer, we chose to implant two embryos and achieved a pregnancy with one embryo.
It went very well, and I gave birth three days before my due date.
Don’t lose hope—keep fighting—because today we are parents to a beautiful little girl… and I was 49 years old when she was born.

After five years of fertility treatments in France—a long and challenging journey—we turned to the Sanus Clinic in Hradec Králové. We will never find words strong enough to express what we felt on 22 April 2024 at 4:36 pm when our little boy finally arrived.

I want to thank Anna, Radka, the doctor, the lab technicians, the nursing assistants, and the nurses. A perfect welcome during the four stays we made. What a beautiful country and such a great team—always smiling, polite, and with a little wave to see us off. Anna and Radka speak perfect French.
